| Ralph
Gidwitz - Managing Partner
Mr. Gidwitz co-founded Financial
Capital LLC (Capital Results’ former name) in
1995. Prior to 1995 he served as CEO of Rich Ladder
Co., a major manufacturer of wood ladders.
Mr. Gidwitz also filled many positions
at Consolidated Packaging Corporation lastly as Non-executive
Chairman. During the course of his career Mr. Gidwitz
has been in involved in many acquisitions and divestitures
both for his own account and for others. Mr. Gidwitz
serves on the Board of Continental Materials Corporation
an AMEX listed company and several privately held companies.
He is also active in community and industry affairs.
Mr. Gidwitz earned his MBA at the
Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago
and his Bachelor of Arts at Knox College, Galesburg,
Illinois.

Warren
Jacobsen - Partner
Mr. Jacobsen joined Capital Results
in September 2004. Previously he was Managing Director
of Valuemetrics Capital, LLC, a Chicago based investment
banking firm. While at Valuemetrics he was responsible
for the firmwide M & A practice, as well as providing
valuation advisory and fairness opinions for a variety
of client engagements.
From 1990 to 1995 Mr. Jacobsen
was founder and President of Horizon Capital Management,
Inc. where he provided merger/acquisition advisory and
valuation opinions for privately held middle market
companies. Prior thereto, Mr. Jacobsen held similar
positions at Arthur Andersen & Co, and Arthur D.
Little Valuation where he provided valuation opinions
for shareholder disputes, litigation support, intangible
assets, estate/gift tax reporting, buy/sell agreements,
and ESOPs.
Mr. Jacobsen’s career
spans over 20 years of a wide range of corporate finance
engagements including valuation, merger/acquisition
advisory and private placement of debt and other securities.
He earned an MBA from Loyola University and a BS in
Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University.
